A contemporary new residence designed and built on a 790sqm subdivided plot with views overlooking the golf course. The three bedrooms house incorporated a number of accessibility measures such as clear door width of 850mm, light switches at 1m reach, proper lighting levels, colour contrast, lever taps in bathrooms and handrails. Sustainability strategies in the form of PV hybrid system, rain-water harvesting and thermal envelope are integrated into the house design.
